Roles and responsibilities 

We are currently in need of a responsible individual to fill the position of Facilities Manager.

The Facility Manager will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other systems to ensure optimal operating results.

The successful candidate will oversee the companys facility operations, manage team, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and central regulations.

To guide and monitor continual improvement in the daily operational parameters of plant.

To ensure implementation of SOPs for maintaining safe work practices.

Maintenance of Annual Preventive/ Predictive Maintenance and trainings as per the schedules.

Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning,

catering, technology and so on.

Ensuring the basic facilities, such as water and housekeeping are well-maintained

Managing Facilities budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness

Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments

Conducting daily Facility rounding with team, ensuring the closure of the snags found on


Transport Management

Preparing & redesigning Sops, SLAs, and Guidelines for the Facilities related process as per the

company requirements.

Inspecting the standards of Quality, Quantity & Hygiene of the food served at cafeteria and prepare the


Conducting Monthly Cafeteria Inventory audit & Invigilate record maintenance.

Coordinating Celebrations/Festivals

Responsible for the vendor Management (housekeeping, Faade cleaning at reachable heights, Pest

Control, Cafeterias, HK consumable supplier, pantry consumable suppliers, water bottle supplier, floor


Demonstrated Leadership skills.

Impeccable Verbal and Written communication skills.

Job Specification:

Degree/Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years experience of working as

Facility Manager in the Manufacturing industry.

Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu Languages
